MICHELLE COLANGELO, ASID Principal Michelle Colangelo is the principal founder of Michelangelo Design Group. She is a Florida licensed Interior Designer and a graduate from Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Her thirteen years in the design field has contributed to her extensive experience in both the residential and hospitality industry. During the early 90s, Ms.Colangelo's projects included residential refurbishment work in Florida and New York as well as interior design for retail showrooms, along with institutional work such as charter schools, church sanctuaries and hospitals qualified her to become part of DCOTA's designer-on-call program in Dania, Florida. For the last seven years, she has been designing for the cruise industry as a consultant for corporations such as American Classic Voyages, Inc., Ocean Development Company, Tillberg Design US, Norwegian Cruise Lines as well as abroad to Europe and Asia to expedite the design for multiple projects. As founder of Michelangelo Design Group, she sets the creative tone for the interior design, in addition to procurement and management of the projects.
